'Customers who use our online booking tool have access to the entire Booking.com database, which has a huge range of accommodation. This tool is also linked to the organization's travel policy. If the details of a booking change, customers can make the necessary changes themselves or contact one of the Munckhof teams. All trips booked through Munckhof are included in the analyses and reports, which gives organizations a detailed overview of their corporate travel,' says Roefs.
