This time, we speak with Hakima El Allaoui from Staxi Amsterdam, a taxi company with a unique story and an inspiring approach.

A family business with a personal touch

Staxi Amsterdam is known as one of the larger taxi companies in the capital, but behind the scenes it is a close-knit family business. “At the office, we work with a small and close-knit team of fifteen people, while more than a thousand drivers serve the city every day,” Hakima says proudly. “We know our drivers personally. They regularly drop by for a cup of coffee, and that personal contact is very important to us.”

This commitment is not only a core value of Staxi, but also forms the basis of the collaboration with Munckhof. “We share the same standards and values,” emphasizes Hakima. “Just like us, Munckhof works from the heart. It's all about delivering quality for our customers and working well together. That makes us a good match.”

Four years of versatile collaboration

Hakima explains: “At Staxi, we have drivers with different specializations. Whether it's school transport, wheelchair transport, or transport for executives and ministries, we can handle it. This versatility makes us a strong partner for Munckhof.”

What makes the partnership special is the mutual appreciation. “We feel that Munckhof values us and offers us opportunities to show what we can do. We are given assignments that match our talent and expertise. That trust encourages us to get the best out of ourselves every day.”

The partnership with Munckhof is built on a foundation of trust and mutual respect. “Of course, we work on the basis of agreements, but if something unexpected needs to be done, we take care of it without hesitation,” says Hakima. “We know we can count on Munckhof, and vice versa.”

Even in challenging situations, the partnership remains central. “If something doesn't go quite as planned, we work together to find a solution. It often feels like we are one company—for us, that is the essence of true collaboration.”
