Certificates and quality marks

ISO 9001 (quality

The ISO 9001 certification focuses on quality assurance of work procedures, instructions, and reports. As an ISO-certified company, Munckhof is committed to continuously improving its services in order to achieve an even higher level of quality. This is checked annually by external auditors.

ISO 14001 (environment)

Munckhof invests in the environment and sustainability. We have held ISO 14001 certification for many years. This certification imposes various requirements on the environmental friendliness of the organization. In addition, Munckhof naturally complies with all requirements imposed by the legislator in relation to environmental legislation.

ISO 27001 & ISO 27701 (information security)

Properly securing information is essential nowadays. With ISO 27001 certification, Munckhof demonstrates that its information management is thorough and reliable. ISO 27701 certification indicates that Munckhof manages privacy risks and that personally identifiable information is managed correctly. The entire Munckhof organization is ISO 27001 & ISO 27701 certified.

ISO 26000 (CSR)

Munckhof Taxi B.V. is the first company in the taxi industry to implement the ISO 26000 guideline in its business operations. ISO 26000 is the international guideline for corporate social responsibility. Based on ISO 26000, Munckhof Taxi B.V. has determined what CSR policy means and which topics are priorities for action. We are transparent to our environment about what we do in the field of CSR.
After review and approval by NEN, the documents have been published on the NEN Publication Platform ISO 26000. There you will also find the results of the underlying substantiation.

TX-Keur

TX-Keur is the national quality mark that stands for professional drivers and comfortable and safe taxi transport. We are allowed to carry this quality mark because we meet the high quality requirements set. In this context, unannounced internal and external checks are carried out annually to ensure that high quality is and remains a principle that is supported throughout the organization. ANVR Luchtvaartagenten en Zakenreisbureaus (VLZ)

The ANVR is a trade association for travel agents. Munckhof is affiliated with ANVR Aviation Agents and Business Travel Agencies (VLZ) and therefore offers its travelers security, quality, and guarantees, including the ANVR Travel and Booking Conditions and the Travel Disputes Committee. IATA (International Air Transport Association)

Munckhof is affiliated with IATA, the international trade organization for the aviation industry. Through its membership of IATA, Munckhof is authorized to issue airline tickets for all (approximately 250) affiliated airlines.

PSO Level 3

With its PSO Level 3 certificate, Munckhof is one of the leaders in providing employment to the PSO target group. This means that we offer employment to more people from the PSO target group than organizations of the same size. Munckhof meets the quality requirements with regard to suitable work, integration, performance, development, and guidance.

PCI DSS is the most important security standard for the card payment industry and contains extensive requirements for security management, policy, procedures, network architecture, software design, and other critical security measures.

BVN Quality Standard

Munckhof complies with the quality standards of Busvervoer Nederland (BVN). This standard is based on ISO 9001 and contains additional requirements in the areas of safety, training and conduct. Munckhof is independently assessed annually by a recognized cerfitication body, which guarantees the quality and reliability of our coach services.
