You get what you are entitled to

Was your flight delayed? Did you miss your connection? Was your flight cancelled or were you denied boarding? Then you may be entitled to compensation of up to €600. For this, we work with EUclaim, a highly experienced organization in the field of passenger rights.

Compensation for delays

If you arrive at your final destination with more than three hours delay, you may be entitled to compensation for the time lost. If the airline can prove that there was an ‘extraordinary circumstance’ and they are not responsible for the delay, then you are not entitled to compensation. If you are unsure whether you are entitled to compensation, you can request free and non-binding advice about your rights. Compensation can only be claimed if you are flying from an EU country or flying from a non-European country to an EU country with a European airline. Check your flight here.

The amount of your compensation is calculated based on the number of kilometers of the flight. The following amounts have been set:

Destinations within the EU:

€250 per person for a flight up to 1500 km
€400 per person for a flight of more than 1500 km

Destinations outside the EU:

€250 per person for a flight up to 1500 km
€400 per person for a flight between 1500 km and 3500 km
€600 per person for a flight of more than 3500 km

How does EUclaim’s service work?

If you submit your claim via the button below, EUclaim will investigate free of charge whether you are entitled to compensation. If necessary, they will start a legal procedure for you, all based on 'no cure no pay'. You only need to send the required information and they will do the work for you. Only when they successfully collect the compensation from the airline, you pay a success fee of 29 percent and €26 administration costs including VAT per person. So you run no risk at all.
