Jumping Indoor Maastricht (JIM) is one of the most prestigious equestrian events in the Netherlands and attracts thousands of visitors to the MECC in Maastricht every year. The event offers a combination of top-level sport and an extensive program for all ages, including show jumping and dressage competitions and interactive activities for children. Especially for primary school pupils from Limburg, Limburg Paardensport organizes a school morning in collaboration with JIM and many other partners. During this program, children are introduced to the world of equestrian sports in an accessible way through interactive games, workshops and a guided tour of the event grounds.

Primary schools to Jumping Indoor Maastricht with Munckhof

Munckhof has been providing transportation for primary school pupils to Jumping Indoor Maastricht for several years. Last Friday, November 8, 2024, it was time again. In total, around 1100 pupils from various primary schools across Limburg were transported by Munckhof to the MECC in Maastricht for the school morning. For this assignment, Munckhof deployed 15 coaches. Hans Bartels, Operations Manager Travel at Munckhof, calls it a fun transportation assignment for a leading event in equestrian sports and appreciates the trust that Limburg Paardensport has placed in Munckhof for several years.

Quick response and accessibility form a successful foundation

Manager of Limburg Paardensport, Cissy Schuring, confirms that the transportation went smoothly again this year. “What we appreciate about working with Munckhof is that they can respond quickly, are accessible when you need them and can arrange a coordinator on-site. That gives us the assurance that everything runs smoothly, with someone who can, for example, guide the pupils in the right direction.”
