On a daily basis, our employees receive up-to-date information from the Dutch National Institute for Public Health and Environmental Protection (RIVM), trade organization for travel agents (ANVR) and the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Additionally, we remain informed of the policies and rebooking policies of our suppliers as we maintain close contact with them. On this basis, we offer advice to our travellers and are making the utmost efforts to ensure everything proceeds smoothly.

For your convenience, we have put together a list of the most important websites. We recommend that you regularly check them.

  • RIVM: The Dutch National Institute for Public Health and Environmental Protection works to ensure that the population of the Netherlands is healthy with a healthy living environment. They are a trusted advisory to Dutch society, meaning that they are the only 100% reliable source for information concerning COVID-19.

  • The Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs: This website provides travel advice concerning countries and areas in which COVID-19 has been reported. Additionally, a number of countries are implementing measures to contain COVID-19. International travellers may experience inconvenience as a result.

  • IATA: International Air Transport Association. This website shows the current measures in force per country. These measures are not only related to the COVID-19 situation.
